We met in 1997 when we were young and didn’t know each other yet, and in 1998 we went our separate ways on different islands. Our relatives often mention our names; that’s why we’ve finally communicated on social media since June 6, 2022, and thanks to them.

But starting in June 2022, we rarely communicate due to busy schedules and activities, and we could even say we only communicate once a month.

On July 7, 2023, I made up my mind and had the courage to come to the city of Lydia to propose.

On May 1, 2024, we made our vows (in the Batak language called martumpol) at HKBP Bukit Datuk Ressort Bukit Zaitun in front of our parents, relatives, and the whole congregation.
